After a satisfactory trial you decide to hire  our services,  and our costing      is       simple     and guaranteed:  you  tell us what the fee you receive from your client is;  and  our  cost to you is a flat 25%  of  that  fee.   Our fee   includes  preparation, US style   review  and  delivery of multi-packages   of   PDF  files that   you   simply   print    and deliver.  And  you  do  not  pay us  till  you  accept  our  work.

Our Workstations have genuine inbuilt Microsoft Windows XP operating systems acquired from premier vendors and fitted with two LCD monitors (one to display application software and the other for the document display) so that the Operator need not spend time toggling between the two. She can see the document and the system simultaneously (pretty much like she could do in a manual environment).

To assure our customers that we prohibit the use of pirated software and deployment of unapproved software on our workstations, we use only thin client PC in all workstations with its advantages of security, reliability and efficiency.

Security

The Security policy of the company drives at guaranteeing to the customer complete protection from loss of time or money on account of any lapses of security.

In this regard, two important aspects of Security that are relevant, even crucial, are:

  • Data security
  • Physical security

 

Data Security

Since there is no hard drive or floppy drive, thin clients are protected from the use of unauthorized software or viruses. Data cannot be copied to a disk or saved to any other location than the central server. All software maintenance, upgrades and virus protections are performed on the server, which makes it easier for IT managers to keep networks running smoothly and efficiently, performing tasks remotely rather than multiple times at multiple workstations.

 

Physical Security

Internal control is a major part of managing an organization, serving as the first line of defence in safeguarding assets as well as preventing and detecting errors and fraud.

Internal control in BuPro is designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding prevention and/or prompt detection of unauthorized acquisition, use, or disposition of an organization's assets. From improving operational processes to implementing new technology, appropriate internal control is a key factor in minimizing problems and managing change.

  1. Document Security: Client documents are placed only on their native servers so that no client data resides at the back office. The client has full control with data at any time at any place but the back office can only view the data. All other access is restricted.  
  2. Recruitment controls: Any system is only secure as long as the people who use it can be made accountable, and BuPro takes great care in filtering candidates for Operations through a reference check as well as a background check before hiring.
  3. Access to work area: Employees are allowed to enter the back Office using photo-ID and Access cards only.
  4. Camera Facility: The employees are closely monitored in the BackOffice using video surveillance for which the clients are given 24-hour online access to view the back Office team live.
  5. Desktop policy: The users cannot keep any data in the local machines.
  6. Clear Desk policy: The clients’ documents (printouts) or any confidential papers are kept under lock and key.
  7. Password policy: All user level passwords are changed on a monthly basis. All passwords are confined to the password protection guidelines.
